Bringing world class performing artists to the River of No Return and the edge of the Frank Church Wilderness. Torreyville Productions celebrates live performing arts in the beautiful Salmon Valley of Idaho by providing the most exceptional in traditional and roots music and soul-stirring theatre. We create and produce a variety of music, dance and theatre events.
Janice Torrey, owner/director of Torreyville served as executive director of Salmon Arts Council for 10 years, from 1997 to 2007. She is known for chairing the annual Robert Burns Supper, Blues, Brews and BBQs, intimate, yet festive dinner theatres and dance parties that get folks moving to salsa, Cajun, Big Band, R&B and honkytonk rhythms.

Chic Gamine, a vocal supergroup from Winnepeg's French Quarter, has been singing together in various formations since 1997. With a solo percussionist as their main musical support, Chic Gamine use their voices as instruments, effortlessly launching into intricate string arrangements, bass-heavy rhythm sections and melodious harmonies. Soul Street is a professional dance company that has traveled throughout the U.S. and Europe, performing in prestigious theaters such as The Lincoln Center in New York and the Kennedy Center in Washington, D.C. What makes them unique is their breath-taking movements put to music ranging from classical to live sound effects. Used regularly as NBA entertainment, they bring high-energy, gravity-defying moves that keep people of all ages on the edge of their seats.
